An endoscope comprising an elongate shaft (41); a working channel (42) extending through at least a portion of the elongated shaft (41); a loading port (43) in a proximal portion of the elongated shaft (41) for loading an elongated medical device within the working channel (42); and a device driver (44) for contacting and longitudinally moving the elongated medical device (45) loaded within the working channel (41).
