Provided is a biosignal detector that can accurately detect a biosignal in a manner not dependent on the condition of the skin surface in a region being measured, and that is easily disposed of after use. The biosignal detector includes a stretchable member having a cylindrical portion, and a sensor (1) produced by sandwiching a polymer electrolyte membrane (2) between a pair of electrode films (3a) and (3b) comprising a composition containing conductive particles and a resin. The sensor (1) is arranged to the inside of the cylindrical portion.
