The present invention provides a medical information parsing and consulting system, which comprises a database module, a server associated with the database, a client communicating with the server over a network, a verification module, and an auxiliary reading module. A user logs in to the server on the client through the verification module, and the server generates a medical record or a readable page of an examination report on the client through the auxiliary reading module according to a user request. The user sends a term and/or price query request in a page generated by the auxiliary reading module. The server queries in a medical knowledge database module and a clinical medication database module, and sends the query result to the auxiliary reading module so as to generate explanation of a corresponding term and/or medicine price comparison information on the client. The system can be used to increase the trust of the patient to the doctor, so that the patient can actively cooperate with the doctor in medical treatment, thereby reducing doctor-patient contradiction.
