The structure (2) has a series of deflectors (5) i.e. straight bar, extending close to and over entire width of a lower surface (1) of the structure, where the lower surface faces a track. Periodicity of the deflectors is proportional to distance (D1) from spacing of cross-pieces (6). Distance (D) between the adjacent deflectors corresponds to distance from the spacing of the cross-pieces. Two orientations of the deflectors are symmetrical compared to a transverse axis (YY') located midway of length of the structure. The deflectors comprise longitudinal and transverse symmetries.
