Disclosed is a transparent fluorophor, in particular a transparent ceramic fluorophor, a transparent glass fluorophor and a transparent composite fluorophor, and a white-light LED using the three transparent fluorophors. Fluorescent powders in the traditional white-light LED light sources are replaced by the transparent fluorophors, so as to realise the white-light LED. Since the transparent fluorophors have the advantages of high thermal conductance, stability and crystallinity, the colour temperature drift of the white-light LED light source caused by a high temperature is avoided, the stability of the white-light LED light source is improved and the luminous efficacy of the white-light LED light source is improved.
