摘要

An X-ray tube based on field emission of a LaB6 nanomaterial, and a movable CT scanner. The X-ray tube comprises an anode (1) and a cathode (2). The cathode (2) comprises a LaB6 sharp cone field emission array, and electrons generated by field emission of the cathode (2) under the effect of an external electric field bombard the anode (1) to generate an X-ray. A gate (3) may also be disposed between the anode (1) and the cathode (2). The X-ray tube improves the intensity of an electron-beam current, generates a stable and reliable X-ray, is long in service life; and the X-ray tube helps improve the definition and the resolution of X-ray imaging and reduce the radiation dose to a detected object, facilitates the miniaturization of the X-ray tube, and can meet design requirements of miniaturization of portable devices such as a movable CT scanner.
