USE OF ENROFLOXACIN SALT IN PREPARING SWINE ORAL PREPARATION

Disclosed in the present invention is the use of an enrofloxacin salt in preparing a swine oral preparation. The enrofloxacin salt is at least one of those salts formed by enrofloxacin and a metal ion, wherein the metal ion is zinc, copper, calcium, magnesium, iron, cobalt, manganese, chromium, silver or nickel. The enrofloxacin salt of the present invention formed by enrofloxacin and a metal ion may significantly improve the palatability of enrofloxacin for swine, and both a pharmacokinetic test and an artificial morbidity and treatment test show that the enrofloxacin salt of the present invention formed by enrofloxacin and a metal ion does not affect the bioavailability thereof, and therefore can be developed into an oral preparation via the route of digestive tract administration for swine production without affecting the normal ingestion of food by swine.
