The present invention relates to a carbon nanotube composite having perpendicular micro pillars and a manufacturing method thereof, and a sensor including the carbon nanotube composite comprising: a polymer matrix having a base and a number of micro pillars vertically extended and protruding from the base; and a carbon nanotube mixed with the polymer matrix so that the modification of the carbon nanotube is easily induced using elasticity results in easy compression or bending and the resistance variation of the carbon nanotube is maximized.
