The present invention relates to a lithium-ion battery protection circuit in respect to a dual type power MOSFET for the lithium-ion battery protection circuit where the optimization of a ring termination structure is applied. A dual type n-channel MOSFET used in the safe chip for an electric vehicle battery of the present invention complements the permanent breakdown element of the MOSFET when applying inverse voltage. The development of a FR-FET element is expected to affect a life cycle and energy saving. The dual type n-channel MOSFET used in the safe chip for an electric vehicle battery can save costs and power by improving system reliability.
