The present invention provides an arc type plasma torch using a microwave including a wave guide for the microwave, a microwave concentrating part placed in the wave guide and on which the microwave is concentrated, a floating electrode having an end inserted into the microwave concentrating part, having the other end extended through the wave guide, and increasing a voltage by absorbing the microwave, a base electrode generating arc plasma by generating plasma discharge with the floating electrode, an oxidizer and fuel supply unit generating an arc plasma flame by supplying oxidizer and fuel to the arc plasma, and a housing part with an outlet for the arc plasma flame and surrounding the floating electrode.
