The present invention relates to an electric wheelchair based smart device holder including a fixed part fixed to the outer side of a wheelchair armrest; a moving rail laterally installed on the side of the fixed part; a moving frame to be moved back and forth on the moving rail around a person on a wheelchair; and a smart device mounted on the moving frame.
