摘要:Hierarchical route planning method under the emergent threats is put forward for the emergent threats in the route planningproblem. First, the basic ideas and framework of hierarchical planning are put forward on the basis of constraints of routeplanning. Then, the primary flight corridor planning of the bacterial foraging algorithm based on Gaussian distribution estimationalgorithm and secondary optimal route planning based on heuristic A * algorithm are put forward in this paper. The primaryplanning effectively reduces planning domain, and the secondary planning is based on the primary planning. Real-time routeplanning can be carried out quickly and efficiently and the emergent threats can be effective to deal with. Finally, the simulationresults prove that this method is not only scientific and reasonable, it also can effectively narrow the domain range and plan theroute in real-time to avoid emergent threats.

摘要:近些年,随着车联网技术的发展,越来越多的车险产品开始基于车联网环境开发和应用,基于UBI(Usage Based Insurance)的车险便是其中的典型代表.作者提出将依赖于驾驶员驾驶风险评定的UBI车险费率厘定的问题转化为分类问题,并简单介绍了非线性支持向量机分类器的原理,然后针对驾驶员的风险评定问题,给出了构造的特征向量及解释,最后利用构造的特征向量对非线性支持向量机进行分类训练,利用训练的分类器辅助评定驾驶员的的出险概率,从而决定该驾驶员的UBI车险费用.
摘要:Three-way decision rule is the extension of traditional two-way decision. In the real environment, a decision maker is not easy tomake choice between acceptance and rejection for the uncertainly or incomplete information. In this case, people used to choosethree-way decision for the uncertain and high risky decision with extra but necessary cost. Meanwhile some general uncertaintymeasures are proposed by generalizing Shannon's entropy. The theory of information entropy makes the uncertainty measuresmore accuracy in boundary of three-way decision. In this paper, we propose several types of non-commitment entropy by usingthe relation of the 'third' decision-non-commitment, and employ the proposed model to evaluate the significance of theattributes for classification as well.

摘要:Distributed real time surveillance control system is used especially in distributed computer measure and control system, mostly inwidely dispersed measure points without human surveillance. This paper describes theory、construction、control strategy, stabilityanalysis of distributed real time supervisory control and data acquisition system, implements distributed measure signals collectionand design of supervisory control system. The realization of virtual instrument based on VC++ can accomplish measurementsignals acquisition, storage, display and analysis, also the result of surveillance control system is provided, and shows thefunctional powerful agility of virtual instrument based on VC++.
摘要:阐述了建立供电系统故障诊断可视化系统的必要性,在应用Microsoft Visual Studio 2010和SQL Server2008等软件技术的基础上,提出了基于树形结构数据库的供电系统客户查询方法。将配电网的电气图节点信患、录入数据库的TreeView表格中,再通过编程将信息以树形结构形式在WPF上显示出来。同时,也可以将电气图在WPF中打开,通过编程实现对电气图添加注释信息的功能。当供电系统出现故障时,电网调度运行控制人员输入故障点,就能显示出故障的详细信患,并以短信方式通知维修人员和用户,从而缩短了断电时间,实现了配电网的规范化管理。
