The present invention relates to a two-stage float valve for the suction and discharge system of a vacuum lorry. According to the present invention, when the level of contents in a tank is low, the first stage valve and second stage valve of the two-stage valve installed at the upper side of the tank are maintained to be opened so that air can be freely sucked into or discharged from the tank; or when the tank is filled with the contents and floating matters, a ball (floating body) fastened to the first stage valve is raised, the first stage valve is closed, a guide installed at the lower side of the second stage valve is pushed by the closed first stage valve, and then the second stage valve is totally closed by air suction pressure when the second stage valve pushed and raised reaches a predetermined level.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
