The present invention relates to a switchable lens device, a method for manufacturing the same, and a two and three-dimensional image display device using the same to display two and three-dimensional images using a glassless method. The switchable lens device comprises a first base film; a first lens layer which is formed on the first base film, which has a first curvature in a first direction, which has a second curvature in a second direction vertical to the first direction to be lower than the first curvature, and which has concave surfaces; a second lens layer at the first curvature, having convex surfaces for corresponding to the concave surfaces of the first lens layer; and a second base film attached to the second lens layer.
