The present invention relates to a traffic light including a single indicating light with three-color LEDs which can be used for green, red, and yellow traffic signal indicating lights using the three color-based light emitting function of the LEDs in an LED traffic light; and a control device thereof. The existing traffic signal indicating light includes separate indicating lights to indicate a green signal, a red signal, a yellow signal, and arrows.
