The present invention provides an anti-tumor drug comprising, as active ingredients, Wip1 inhibitors and Mdm-2/p53 interaction inhibitors so as to effectively treat malignant tumors. According to an embodiment of the present invention, malignant tumors, such as multidrug-resistant tumors, can be effectively treated which were nearly impossible to treat with conventional anti-cancer drugs.
