The present invention provides an acetic acid-tolerant yeast strain including a mutated ScSPT15 gene. The yeast strain of the present invention is a yeast strain which can grow in 0.5-0.9% acetic acid. By inventing the strain having tolerance for acetic acid with high concentration, the strain can be suitably applied to industrial production of desired products (biomass) having tolerance for various stresses generated during bioethanol production process.
