The present invention provides an acetic acid-resistant transformant strain comprising a mutated ScSPT15 gene. The yeast strain of the present invention is a yeast strain capable of growing in high concentration acetic acid, preferably 0.5-0.9% acetic acid. By inventing strains resistant to high concentrations of acetic acid, it can be very usefully applied to the industrial production of desired products (biomass) resistant to various stresses occurring in the bioethanol production process.
