LACTOCOCCUS LACTIS KR-W.W-2 AS A NOVEL STRAIN WITH ANTIBACTERIAL ACTIVITY AND USE THEREOF

The present invention relates to a lactococcus lactis KR-W.W-2 strain of KCTC 12237BP which is a strain having the novel antibacterial activity, an antibacterial composition and a probiotics composition comprising the strain or a culture as an active ingredient, feed additives for fish farming comprising the antibacterial composition or the probiotics composition as an active ingredient, a feed for fish farming comprising the feed additives, a method for preventing diseases caused by pathogenic bacteria of a cultured fish comprising a step for feeding the feed to a fish in culturing, and a method for preventing infection caused by pathogenic bacteria of a cultured fish comprising a step for spreading the antibacterial composition over a fish farm. According to the present invention, the novel lactococcus lactis KR-W.W-2 strain having the antibacterial activity has the excellent antibacterial activity to Streptococcus iniae, Viblio anguillarum, and Vibrio vulnificus which are a fish bacterial pathogen, and has the excellent acid resistance and biliary resistance, so the strain is suitable for feed additives. Therefore, the strain is fed by adding the strain to the feed, so diseases of a cultured fish caused by a fish bacterial pathogen can be prevented. Moreover, the strain and the culture has the antibacterial activity to the fish bacterial pathogen in itself, so the infection caused by a fish bacterial pathogen of a cultured fish can be prevented by spreading over a fish farm.
