摘要

The present invention relates to a novel aromatic compound, a method for preparing the same and a surface-modified carbon nanotube and a carbon nanotube/polycarbonate nano-composite using the same. The novel aromatic compound of the present invention has effects of increasing electromagnetic shielding ratio and improving electrical conductivity and mechanical strength by lowering the surface resistance of the prepared carbon nanotube/polycarbonate nano-composite, by uniformly dispersing carbon nanotubes modified by non-covalent bond with the surface of the carbon nanotube to a polycarbonate matrix without a change of the structure of the carbon nanotubes. Accordingly, the carbon nanotube/polycarbonate composite, of which the surface is modified by the novel aromatic compound, of the present invention can be used in materials for electronics such as portable PC, interior and exterior of digital camera, mobile phone housing, TV frame, etc.
