Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a solid electrolyte film with high ion conductivity by inhibiting undesired interfacial reaction via the condition control of a low-temperature aerosol deposition (AD) process and densifying the film; and a solid electrolyte film manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing a solid electrolyte film according to the present invention comprises the steps of (a) preparing Li-La-Zr-O-based or Li-La-Ti-O-based powder; and (b) forming a coating layer by spraying the powder onto a substrate to form a film using an aerosol deposition process.
