The present invention relates to a system for analyzing a driving workload using an electroencephalograph and a method for analyzing a driving workload using an electroencephalograph. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a system and a method capable of effectively analyzing a driving workload based on a road type by calculating a brain wave activity after removing a secondary vibrational component generated from a vehicle engine, and testing the statistical significance of the brain wave activity. To achieve the purpose, the present invention comprises an input part for inputting the brain wave signals of a user; a frequency analysis part for conducting a frequency analysis by classifying the input brain wave signals according to road type and calculating a power spectrum according to frequency with respect to the classified brain wave signals; a brain wave activity calculation part for calculating a brain wave activity based on the analysis result of the frequency analysis part and conducting the paired comparison of averages according to road type; and an analysis part for quantitatively analyzing road types using average values if the statistical significance is tested by confirming a normal distribution via the brain wave activity calculation part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014; [Reference numerals] (100) Signal input part; (200) Frequency analysis part; (210) Signal classification module; (220) Frequency analysis module; (300) Brain wave activity calculation part; (310) Brain wave activity calculation module; (320) Paired comparison; (400) Driving workload analysis part
