PURPOSE: Health functional food and functional drink are provided to mix a sea tangle drink base with other functional food ingredients for increasing oxygen-resistant or anti-diabetic effects. CONSTITUTION: A composition for oxygen-resistant or anti-diabetic health functional food contains 80 mL of sea tangle drink base, 5-12.5 mL of oligosaccharide, and 0.3-0.7 g of bamboo salt. The composition for the oxygen-resistant or anti diabetic health functional food is in a form selected from liquid, suspension, powder, granules, tablets, capsules, pills, extracts, tea, jelly, or drink.
