The present invention provides a precast concrete pier cap structure for a bridge comprising a precast pier cap (200) which is pre-manufactured with a hollow (212) at the bottom and a pier cap re-bar inside; and a bridge column (200) with multiple column main re-bars (110) protruding from the top to be inserted into the hollow (212) and a protrusion inserted into the hollow (212) to be hung on the top edge. Also, the present invention provides a manufacturing method for a pretension precast concrete pier cap (200) to which pretension is introduced by a production form (600). The method comprises a production form installation step for installing the production form (600) in a workplace (1); a tension member installation step for installing a pretensioned tension member (2); a re-bar and concrete placement step (3); a curing step for curing and hardening concrete to be placed (4); and a production form detachment step for detaching the production form (600) (5).
