PURPOSE: A manufacturing method and a construction method of a multifunctional composite panel using lightweight steel and autoclaved lightweight concrete are provided to simply manufacture a composite panel with excellent soundproof and heat insulating properties in a construction site. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a multifunctional composite panel using lightweight steel and autoclaved lightweight concrete is as follows. Panels(70) are manufactured using lightweight steel. A floor and walls(60) are manufactured using a euro form and concrete. Spacers(50) and spaces are formed between the manufactured panels. Autoclaved lightweight concrete is injected into the inside the panels by partially cutting the spacers.
