The present invention relates to a mugwort fomentation apparatus comprising a storage combustion groove which is fixed in a state in which the storage combustion groove is put on an acupoint or an affected area of a body and combusts a certain amount of mugwort by storing the mugwort in a state in which the upper part of the upper inner side is opened, and a lower space part in which the lower part of the lower inner side is opened. In the lower part of the storage combustion groove, a fomentation hear penetration hole is punched towards a lower part. The inner upper part of the lower space part includes: a fomentation container in which a dispersion plate with multiple discharge holes is fixed and attached; an upper cover which covers the opened upper part of the fomentation container and contains an air inflow pipe, wherein air flows in from the outside, in the upper part; and an air injection device which injects air to the storage combustion groove of the fomentation container by being connected to the air inflow pipe of the upper cover through an air inflow hose and uniformly disperses juice, smoke, and heat generated in combusted mugwort to the lower space part through the discharge hole of the disperse plate through the fomentation heat penetration hole.
