Aramide Fiber and Method for Manufacturing The Same

PURPOSE: An aramid fiber is provided to improve the product value of the aramid fiber by minimizing the content of insoluble components. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of aramid fiber comprises: a step of manufacturing aromatic polyamide polymer; a step of pulverizing the polyamide polymer; a step of eliminating particles of which diameter is larger than a first diameter by using a first mesh; a step of eliminating particles of which diameter is smaller than a second diameter by using a second mesh; a step of manufacturing a spinning dope by dissolving the polyamide particles, in which particles larger than the first diameter and small than the second diameter are removed, in sulfuric acid solvent; a step of filtering the spinning dope for removing insoluble components; and a step of spinning the spinning dope by using spinneret(100).
