PURPOSE: A composition containing pre-differentiated amniotic fluid stem cells is provided to regenerate a muscle tissue and to be used as a therapeutic agent for treating urinary incontinence. CONSTITUTION: A cell therapeutic agent for regeneration of a muscle tissue contains amniotic fluid stem cells. The muscle tissue is urethra sphincter. The stem cells have characteristics of: positive immunity to CD44, CD73, CD90, and CD105; positive immunity to SSEA4; negative immunity to CD45; and negative immunity to MHC Class II antigens (HLA-DR).
