The present invention relates to a boom type high-place working device capable of surely preventing accidents of workers on a working stand by rotating a boom stand at a constant rotating speed without vibration using a driving member operated by a rotational cylinder and a torque transmitting member rotated by the driving member. The present invention includes an orbital carriage having two caterpillars; a supporting frame which is installed on the top of the orbital carriage to be moved in a horizontal direction; and a lifting unit having the boom stand installed on the supporting unit to be rotated by a rotation unit around a vertical axial line. The rotation unit of the boom type high-place working device including the working stand installed to be lifted by the lifting unit is characterized by being composed of at least one cylinder for rotation connected to the supporting frame; at least one driving member operated by the cylinders for rotation; and at least one torque transmitting unit which is rotated by the driving member and which transmits torque to the boom stand of the lifting unit.
