The present invention relates to a lift type high-place working device. The lift type high-place working device is structured to have an overall low profile structure due to a main treadboard, which is made thin. Therefore, the lift type high-place working device can prevent a worker from damaging or interrupting branches hanging down from fruit trees around the worker at a lower place as well as fruits in the branches, when the worker moves along a working passage in an orchard or a greenhouse. The lift type high-place working device comprises a rail transfer car, which has two caterpillars; a transfer car frame, which is mounted on the rail transfer car; an X-shaped link, which is installed to be folded or unfolded in the upper part of the transfer car frame by a lift cylinder; the main treadboard, which is a worktable in the lift type high-place working device including the worktable installed to be lifted by the X-shaped link; a secondary left treadboard, which is installed to be drawn in and out from the left side of the main treadboard; and a right secondary treadboard, which is installed to be drawn in and out form the right side of the main treadboard. The main treadboard has an accommodation space, which the secondary left treadboard and the right secondary treadboard are drawn in. When the secondary left treadboard and the right secondary treadboard are drawn in the accommodation space of the main treadboard to be accommodated, the secondary left treadboard and the right secondary treadboard move at the same height level. Therefore, the secondary left treadboard and the right secondary treadboard are not installed not to be overlapped.
