The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method of attaching a waterproof sheet for concrete, which is capable of solving a problem caused by the water sheet protruding from the surface of a concrete body at a part where a fixing member is fixed, and to a concrete waterproof structure using the same. The method of attaching the waterproof sheet for concrete comprises a step of preparing a plate-shaped fixing member which has a thermosetting surface on the upper side thereof to be thermally bonded to the waterproof sheet; a step of forming a fixing groove at the concrete body so that the fixing member prepared in the previous step is inserted and fixed in the fixing groove; a step of fixing the fixing member in the fixing groove of the concrete body while exposing only the thermosetting surface of the fixing member to the outside by filling a concrete adhesive in the fixing groove after inserting the fixing member into the fixing groove formed on the concrete body; and a step of attaching a surface of the waterproof sheet, which faces the thermosetting surface of the fixing member, to the thermosetting surface by heat-bonding. According to the present invention, a concrete waterproof structure is formed by the method of attaching the waterproof sheet for concrete.
