The present invention relates to a method for culturing a three-dimensional cell using an agarose-collagen-alginate composite hydrogel scaffold. More specifically, the method comprises the steps of: mixing and culturing a cell in an alginate solution; preventing the separation of the cell by adding a collagen solution in the cultured mixture; and adding and stationing an agarose solution in the mixture including the collagen in order to be gelated.
