FIELD: agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fish farming. The method provides for spawning, rearing of larvae and further growing juveniles in the pools. For growing the commercial fish four groups of pools are used, where stocking with juveniles is alternately carried out so that the terms of stocking with fish of each subsequent group of pools start three months after stocking of the previous group. Selling of commercial fish, which reached weight of 1000 g, is carried out during the last three months of growing.
