The apparatus has housing (1) on which vertical positioning unit (6) is arranged in vertical orientation. A horizontal positioning unit (7) is designed as lifting table for positioning of load. A support arm (2) connected to vertical positioning unit is provided with take-up reel (3). A turning unit is located in take-up reel, and drive device is connected to take-up reel. The drive device drives vertical positioning unit for fixing of load to desired angular position during turning or rotation.
