The element (1) has a base body (2) comprising a locking section (3) and made from plastic material, where an external component is locked by the section. A spring element (4) is connected with the body in a non-detachable manner. A damping element (5) is molded at the body and/or the spring element and made from plastic-material having material hardness smaller than material hardness of the material of the body. The spring element is made from plastic or metal and designed as a ring, where the spring element and the body are designed as a single-piece plastic-injection molding part. An independent claim is also included for a locking system.
