The pump (8) comprises a rotor shaft (14) and a female housing (10) connected to a suction conduit, in which the rotor shaft comprises a restrictor structure (38) which is arranged eccentric to the rotation axis (18). The housing of pump comprises extended deformable wall portions (34), which limit the chambers from the radially outward and inward directions. The volume of chamber increases or decreases cyclically such that the liquid is sucked-in and discharged. The restrictor structure extends cyclically and communicates with the chambers. An independent claim is included for a motor driven power tool such as electric hand tool.
