Bulk material-heat exchanger device (11) comprises: a housing, a bulk material supply line; a bulk material feed section (18) which communicates with the bulk material supply line in the feed connection to the pneumatic bulk material conveyance; a bulk material heat exchanger portion (12); a bulk material-discharge portion adjacent to the bulk material-heat exchanger portion, which is in conveying connection with a bulk material discharge line; a heat transfer fluid supply which opens into the bulk heat exchanger section; and at least one throttle plate. Bulk material-heat exchanger device (11) comprises: a housing, a bulk material supply line; a bulk material feed section (18) which communicates with the bulk material supply line in the feed connection to the pneumatic bulk material conveyance; a bulk material heat exchanger portion (12) adjacent to the bulk material feed section having a number of bulk material-conveying channels; a bulk material-discharge portion adjacent to the bulk material-heat exchanger portion, which is in conveying connection with a bulk material discharge line; a heat transfer fluid supply which opens into the bulk heat exchanger section and transfers a heater carrier fluid, which opens from the bulk heat exchanger section; and at least one throttle plate arranged between the bulk material feed section and the bulk discharge line in the conveying path of at least one bulk material through opening.
