The ground sill structure has an outer shell (1) and an inner shell (2) through which a rocker is attached to the floor structure. An energy-absorbing module (3) is arranged in cavity of rocker between the outer shell and the inner shell, and aligned transverse to vehicle longitudinal axis. A reinforcement structure (8) is arranged in floor structure and aligned transverse to the vehicle longitudinal axis, same as energy-absorbing module.
