The system has electronic converters, and a mobile part (1) and a stationary portion (8) controlling charging of batteries (2) and a drive motor (3) of a bicycle (4). An electronic inverter (18) is utilized for provision of household current to external loads. The mobile part is attached to the bicycle, and the stationary portion is arranged in a house (11). A converter (21) supplies the current to the batteries from solar cells (10). The electronic inverter generates alternating voltage from the voltage of the batteries.
