The system (10) has a solar electricity generator (16) producing solar electricity by sunlight. An electricity storage device i.e. battery (24), is connected to electrical lines i.e. alternating-current lines (11), for storing electricity. A consumption control unit (18) is provided in a specified time slot that is determined based on a power supply contract. The control unit performs consumption control such that the storage device stores a surplus of electric solar when an amount of the produced electricity is larger than an amount of electric current consumed by an electrical load.
