The device (1) has a flag arrangement (3) arranged or arrangeable at a flag rod (2), and comprising a flag pocket (4), which includes a closed end and an aperture (5) turned towards the flag rod. Size of the aperture is variable by a Velcro (RTM: hook- and loop fastener) fastener, which is part-extensively extended around the aperture at an outer side of the flag pocket. The flag rod is inserted into a rod casing, which is lockable by an endside hook- and loop fastener. The flag arrangement and the flag rod are connected to each other over a flag rope. The flags pocket is made of an air-filtering substance such as fabric or knitted fabric or felt.
