The element (1) has deck elements (3) connected with a stiffener structure (5), which comprises stiffening ribs (7) formed by a metal sheet (9). The deck elements are formed from the metal sheet. The stiffener structure is arranged between the deck elements, where a cross-section of the stiffening ribs is S-shaped, I-shaped and L-shaped. The stiffening ribs comprise a bar and a flange that is extended in a longitudinal direction of the stiffening ribs and a transverse direction to the bar on basis of the bar. A fastening region is welded with a side of the deck elements by laser welding. The deck elements are designed as covering layers. The metal sheet is designed as a welded tailored circuit board. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a floor element for a motor car.
