The system has housing (8) which is provided to retain stator with mounted cooling jacket (1), such that cavity filled with cooling medium is formed. The housing is provided with intake port (4) for in-taking medium into inlet region (5) and outlet port (7) for exhausting medium from outlet region (6). The jacket is connected with barrier element (2) to perform spatial separation of regions. The element is comprised with leakage aperture which is provided at facing end of jacket, so that portion of medium is flowed from inlet region into outlet region. An independent claim is included for the direct current generator-electrical machine.
