The method involves forming a supply of a thermoforming machine rigid film made of polymeric material, and thermoforming cells by polymeric material so as to obtain a continue band of thermoformed cells. The thermoformed cells are filled with food or pharmaceutical products. The polymeric material is transversely cut at connecting edges to obtain individual lines of packing (2') i.e. container. Bonding material at the edges of the cells is partially cut before sealing a flexible film, where the film is formed as multi-layer film by two flexible polymeric material films. An independent claim is also included for a packing machine for storing a food product and a pharmaceutical product.
