The element (1) has a flat face and a fixing unit for mounting the element to rotate around a vertical axle on a door frame (7) of a habitable building. The vertical axle is designed to be placed in the plane of the flat face in its medium. The fixing unit includes two connection elements adapted to equip high and low edges of the flat face in the door frame. The connection elements include a ball bearing designed to engage with a pivot placed on the door frame. The edges of the flat face are placed opposite to top and bottom parts of the door frame.
