The base layer (6) comprises a raised surface (12) having a base relief (14), in particular a corrugated relief, which has depressions (16) and bumps (18), and the application portion ( 8) comprises a relief surface (32) applied to the relief surface (12) of the base layer, and having an application relief (34) which is complementary to the base relief (14). Each recess (16) has a bottom (20) and each boss has a top (22).
