PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dried fish extract-containing seasoning and the like, having more enhanced fleshy taste.SOLUTION: A dried fish extract-containing liquid seasoning includes 0.25 ppb to 100 ppb of 2-methyl-3-furanthiol. The dried fish extract-containing liquid seasoning has a particularly strong fleshy taste such as freshly shaved dried bonito shavings, in parallel with the strong smoking smell original to the dried fish. The dried fish is preferably a dried bonito. A liquid flavor enhancer for use in adding to seasonings is also provided, including 120 ppb to 10000 ppb of 2-methyl-3-furanthiol as active ingredient.
