PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect an infant from heating of a tongue.;SOLUTION: Tongues 10, 12 comprise respectively: a grip part 14 capable of being gripped; and a buckle insertion part 16 extended from the grip part 14 and inserted into a buckle body. The buckle insertion part 16 has a metal insertion part 18 extended from the grip part 14 and formed of metal. On a surface of the metal insertion part 18, a resin coating part 20 coated with resin, is provided. The buckle insertion part 16 is configured so that, at least a portion of the buckle insertion part 16 where contacting a lock part disposed on the buckle body during lock operation with the buckle body, has a metal surface exposed part where the metal surface of the metal insertion part 18 is exposed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
