PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DNA amplification method useful to acquire, in a short period of time, microorganisms which highly produce target substances.SOLUTION: The invention provides a method for intracellular DNA amplification which amplifies a DNA to be amplified under existence of a DNA encoding a protein selected from proteins consisting of an amino acid sequence having a specific sequence, a protein comprising an amino acid sequence in which one or more amino acid of the amino acid sequence is deleted, substituted, inserted or added, or a protein comprising an amino acid sequence having 90% or more identity to the amino acid sequence, a DNA consisting of a specific base sequence, or a DNA subjected to hybridization in a condition of being stringent to the specific base sequence.
