PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a ceramic structure having satisfactory operability upon joining and capable of improving the yield of a product, a method for producing a membrane element, a joining material, and a method for producing the joining material.;SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a ceramic structure obtained by joining a plurality of ceramic molded bodies, including: a molding step of obtaining a ceramic molded body having prescribed edge shape and made into a porous ceramic after fining; and a joining step of oppositely arranging the joining faces 6a, 6b of the ceramic molded body obtained in the molding step via a ceramic thin layer body 11a for joining having flexibility and fracture resistance and performing firing in this state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
